How do I know if my order went through?
After your order you will receive an email from us with an order number assigned to it. At that point your order is being processed.
How long does shipping take?
We generally process orders within 1 business day of online ordering. In the event that we don't have an item in stock we will ship direct from the manufacturer.
Do you ship international?
At this time we only ship within the U.S.
What if an item is on back order status?
If an item is on back order we will notify you of the back ordered item immediately with an estimated time of shipping. At that time you will have the option to cancel your order for a refund, or waiting until the order is fulfilled.
Are you able to get other items than those that are listed within your website?
Yes, not all items we sell are listed on our website. If there is a product you are interested in, but do not see on our site, please contact us and we will do our best to supply that product for you.
Do I have to order through your website?
Online ordering is generally the quickest and cheapest method but we do accept phone orders as well.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
How do I know if my online order is secure?
All transactions on our website our encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This guarantees 100% safety while shopping on our website. It encrypts all personal information submitted to our servers while conducting an online purchase.

Do you sell used or refurbished items?
All items listed on our website are new. We do however have a rental fleet within our stores and do, on occasion, release those items for sale. If you are looking for something used, please contact us.
